Puzzora Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Puzzora: Puzzle Games (“Puzzora”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Apple Standard EULA: If you downloaded Puzzora from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here:

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Puzzora for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except as allowed by law
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where legally permitted
Use the app in a way that interferes with normal operation or other users
Misuse bugs, exploits, automation, or unauthorized tools

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Puzzora may offer premium features through in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription title, duration, pricing, and renewal details are shown in the app and by Apple during the purchase flow.

Payments are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, text, gameplay systems, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Features, puzzle content, rewards, and premium benefits may change over time.

6. Disclaimer

Puzzora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
